Fresh squeezed juice Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co.
From a family owned company that uses only the finest fruits from their own orchards and from the US - fresh squeezing juice daily to order. In their award winning, environmentally friendly plant, the OIJC process is unique in that the rinds never touch the juice, keeping the bitter oils in the rinds from diminishing the clean, sweet pure taste of this premium Florida juice. These juices are gently gourmet pasteurized and are Orthodox Kosher. The best selling orange juice even comes on 4 different sizes for retail or food service.
Yogurt and Butter from Cowbella
CREAMS really do come true for family members of the Danforth Jersey Farm. The 30 cow Jersey dairy is home to the 5th, 6th, and 7th generation of Danforths to live on the farm. Fourth generation George had a dream for the farm to stay in the family and continue into the future. Fifth and 6th generations, Gail and Shannon, started Cowbella to preserve their family's legacy.
Cowbella butter and yogurt began in the kitchen as Gail and Shannon started experimenting. Every batch is small and handmade and they use only natural ingredients; never any fillers, thickeners, or preservatives. To the Danforths, nothing tastes sweeter or better than what the earth provides naturally.
Bottled Water from TYR
This water starts its journey from deep under the Adirondack Mountains, pushing upward through the deep underground aquifer collecting minerals and nutrients as it goes. Fresh, local, mineral-and-nutrient-rich water isn't the only thing TYR has going for it. TYR's 100% biodegradable Eco Bottle is made with a patented blend of natural organic material (think algae) that allow bacteria found in landfills, oceans and other environments to break the bottles down naturally. Once the bottle is discarded bacteria immediately sense this organic material as food and colonize the bottle. As the bacteria eat and break the bottles down, they pass it (they go number 2) as an enriched soil serving as fertile earth. This process is done without the need for commercial composting or special handling.
For every bottle of TYR that your customers drink, they are taking an action in helping our environment.
Yogurt and Cheese from Berle Farm
Berle Farm's yogurt has only the necessary ingredients: fresh milk and cultures. It is light tasting and has a thin layer of cream on top. It is a European style yogurt packed in 1 quart glass jars. Berle Farm includes a beautiful little dairy herd of 10 cows who graze 400 acres of certified organic pastures. The cheese and yogurt they make are a concentration of their work with sun, weather, grass, tillage and community. The farm also grows open pollinated, saved seed corn, oats, rye and hay, as well as vegetables and fruit. Their food is grown with care and an expressed love for the land from which it comes. The energy used for the manufacture of their cheese and yogurt comes from photovoltaic and solar thermal collectors. All products are Certified Organic by Stellar Certification Services and, of course, taste tested by the Berle Farm Crew before leaving the farm in Hoosick, NY.
