All natural sweetener made from the blue agave cactus. The same plant that makes tequila. It has a sweetness profile similar to honey and is low glycemic. It can be a substitute for High Fructose Corn Syrup or Sugar in most applications.
Please be advised that we do not use Sulfur Dioxide in our manufacturing process. Any small amount of Sulfite which may be in our products is naturally occurring, and we do not routinely test for this impurity.
