When dining out, it is not uncommon to probe a waiter about a certain item, such as, ‘What is Chipotle?’. Sometimes the answer can sway your choice in the direction of this newly discovered precious component. People are excited about trying new and different foods. We hear our friends talk of new dishes they recently had, or recipes they’ve tried with various additives that have until recently been unfamiliar and hard to find.
