The natural taste of Zoë olive oil forms the essence of its infused oils, lovingly extracted from olives grown on the Souretis family estate on the hills of Morena in Greece. The region boasts an ideal climate for growing Koroneiki olives which yield an elegant oil with a light nutty taste and buttery texture. It is extracted from the fruit using the first cold press method.
The olive is pressed only once, at very low temperature, and the oil is bottled immediately. It comes from 100% Koroneiki olives containing the highest levels of antioxidants and monounsaturated fats in the world. The savory balsamic vinegars come from Modena in Italy, a region renowned worldwide for its quality vinegars, also prepared in the traditional artisanal way.
