Incredibly fresh and soft goat cheese balls from our producer of Garrotxa, Josep. Each ball is rolled by hand and packed in sunflower oil to preserve it.

Small spreadable goat cheese drops with garlic and parsley packed in oil.
Flavor
Incredibly fresh-tasting goat cheese. Slightly tangy with flavors of fresh garlic and parsley.
Handling
Keep refrigerated before and after opening. The cheese keeps best when completely submerged in oil. If need be, you can simply add more sunflower or canola oil to keep the cheese covered.
