A dreamy washed rind triple creme with hints of juniper & sage. The cheese has a delicate funk that gets stronger as it ages and a creamy velvet texture. Ages in 3-4 weeks and is best at 14 days from age. Pairs wonderfully with mead, pinot noir and pilsners. Lovely with citrus jam or meat chutney.
